Belkis Lane shared her passion for the Culinary Arts and particularly how it changes many lives. Gary Rice, Culinary Academic Director of the Art Institute shared information about degreed programs available to students of all ages. A career in the Hospitality and Culinary Arts can bring a brighter future to individuals and families. This type of education stimulates a passion, better work habits, ethics, and is a win for both students and ultimately the nation. The Art Institute offers Diploma and Associate's programs in areas such as Food & Beverage Management, Resort Management, Culinary Management, Restaurant and Catering Degrees. We were excited to learn that during the school year the Art Institutes serves lunch between 11 - 1:30 Thursdays and Fridays. Reservations are recommended.

Bruce won the opportunity to draw the 2 of Clubs and win the $375 pot for today. Unfortunately he drew the king of clubs bud did not go home unrewarded. He took home the bottle of red wine as a consolation prize. The pot will increase by $25 next week.
