Brenda Jackson introduced our speaker, Leticia De La Rosa, Project Facilitator and Director of Community Programs with Palo Alto College. Mission is "To inspire, empower, and educate our community for leadership and success." Leticia was raised on the southside of San Antonio and has been with Palo Alto for 10 years. She oversees the Adult Learning Program. In 2019 10,000 students were enrolled.
