As the Show Low pot continues to increase, excitement is building at our meetings! Today the pot is $1,025 - a record! Mary Denton owned the first ticket drawn for a chance to take it all home. She picked a card from the dwindling deck and as luck would have it, she drew the king of hearts. She donated the Merlot to our speaker today. Ken Ruiz owned the second ticket drawn and took home the Chardonnay. Vice President John Legris said that this week's wine selections both hail from Texas vineyards. One is another wine from the Sister Creek vineyard, a Chardonnay and from Messina Hoff, a Merlot.
With only 7 cards left, the pot grows to a record high of $1,050 next week!
