Club Meeting The meeting began by President John Legris who rang the wineglass. Ken Donoughue opened the meeting with a word of prayer and led the club with the pledges. He was with us via his landline however and could not interact - listening mode only.) He was recommended by Bil Trodlier to speak to our club. Chris has Over 20 yrs mortgage banking experience in San Antonio. He is native to San Antonio. His family formed Gold Financial and together they have about 120 yrs combined experience. They specialize in real estate mortgages. Chris shared with us that interest rates are at all time lows. Last week they hit the absolute lowest they’ve been. "Interest rates are phenomenal", Chris said.
