Rotarians are helping during the COVID-19 crisis!

Club Lunch and Business Program
Julius Hunter, M.A. is the Recreation Supervisor of the Frank Garrett Multi-Service Center on the near Westside. This area has been identified as having the worst socio-economic outcomes in all of San Antonio. The San Antonio Department of Parks and Recreation provides a full range of programming for youth and adults, Monday – Saturday. The center has seen over 3,000 participants since it’s re-opening in February of 2019 and has already won awards in local, national and international sports and STEM competitions.

Notice of New Member Proposal First Notice
SECOND NOTICE:  In accordance with our Club Bylaws, proposed new members must be published for two weeks giving our membership notice.  At its May 5 meeting, the OHRC Board approved the application of Maverick Pascal for membership. Maverick will have the classification of either property insurance or visual artist. Veronica Ruse is his sponsor. Wine Fun Facts
President Elect John Legris shared "highlights from wine history." From the early Egyptians stomping grapes to make wine to the complexities of using soil and farming practices to produce sophisticated flavors of wine. John presented Dark Horse Merlot from Modesto California and said he was sorry that we can't bid on it. He promised to report his findings next week.
No Show Low Pot Today
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions and not being able to meet in person we've had to adapt.  This week we did not have the Show Low Drawing. We hope get back to normal as soon as possible.
